Bonn. (gmf) Ernährungs- und lebensmittelbezogene Alltagskompetenzen werden unseren Kindern heute leider immer seltener in der Familienerziehung vermittelt, obgleich sie als Lerninhalte für eine nachhaltige und verantwortungsbewusste Lebensgestaltung unverzichtbar sind. Ernährungsbildung kommt zunehmend als neue Aufgabe auf die Schulen zu. Damit Lehrer/innen dafür gewappnet sind, brauchen sie sachgerechte Informationen und Ideen zur pädagogischen Vermittlung. Der Verband Deutscher Mühlen (VDM) hat daher gemeinsam mit der Redaktion des Lehrermagazins «lebens.mittel.punkt» Unterrichtsmaterialien rund um Getreide, Mehl und Brot entwickelt: Eine Übersicht mit Bezugsmöglichkeiten gibt es sowohl im jüngsten Mehlreport als auch auf dem VDM-Server unter «Publikationen» (Bild: public-domain-image.com).
