Dortmund. (ihk) Seit dem Jahreswechsel 2006/2007 müssen Unternehmen eine zusätzliche Gebühr für Computer, UMTS-fähige Mobiltelefone und so genannte PDA selbst dann zahlen, wenn sie diese Arbeitsgeräte nicht für den Rundfunkempfang nutzen. Nach Ansicht der IHK Dortmund kann das «bloße Bereithalten» der Geräte aber nicht Grundlage für das Gebührensystem sein. Eine Umstellung auf die tatsächliche Nutzung sei erforderlich. Bis es soweit ist, informiert ein zwölfseitiges Merkblatt der IHK Dortmund über die aktuelle Rundfunkgebührenpflicht. Darin ist unter anderem beschrieben,
- welche Geräte und Betriebe betroffen sind,
- ob die Gebührenpflicht durch technische Vorkehrungen zu umgehen ist,
- für wie viele Computer je Betriebsgrundstück gezahlt werden muss,
- wie sich die Gebührenpflicht für Betriebe mit mehreren Standorten gestaltet.
